Shirley Wong, aka, Little Miss Bento, gained a large following of fans when she started posting her adorable Japanese bento lunchbox creations and unique deco sushi rolls on her website and social media channels.
As the top celebrity food artist in Singapore, Shirley has won many awards for her bento creations and featured on numerous local and international media.
With over 6 years professional experience under her belt, she is also the first Singaporean to be certified under the Japan Sushi Instructor Association in Tokyo and with certified instructor with Japan Salonaise Association. She conducts classes and workshops regularly to share her skills.
She has published a total of 7 best selling cookbooks such as Kawaii Bento, Kawaii Deco Sushi, Kawaii Sweet Treats, Kawaii Bread and the limited edition Miffy Cookbook.
Shirley is currently sharing her expertise by actively consulting for F&B businesses, her clients include Kumoya Singapore, Eggs & More, Pastamania, Ollela, amongst others.
