Intensive Buttercream Flowers

Techniques you will learn in class:
  • Introduction to 3D buttercream flowers
  • Piping method & color palette
  • 4 diferent types of flowers: Rose, David Austin Rose, Calla Lily and Wild Daisies
  • Berries leaves, edible branches and wafer paper sweetpeas

 

Square Cake and Buttercream flowers

Level: Intermediate
Length: 1 day
Techniques you will learn in class:
  • Filling, stacking & frosting a 2 layers real cake using white chocolate buttercream
  • Introduction to buttercream flowers
  • Piping method, color palettes
  • 2 different types of flowers & leaves

 

About the Instructor

Julián was born in Colombia. He is always searching inspiration from anywhere based on his experience as a designer, social media manager, photographer and product designer.

Julián Ángel began his adventure back in 2015 via amateur baking and food photography passion with Historias del Ciervo, a project that combines diverse areas of visual art and home cooking, with a completely global vision accessible to anyone, crossing language and cultural barriers, thanks to the use of visual narratives and making the most of social media, to teach, transcend and innovate.

Julian has already hosted workshops all over the world including: Medellín, Bogotá, Barcelona, Paris, Jakarta, Abu Dhabi, Buenos Aires, San José, Singapore, Bangkok, Miami, New York, Monterrey, Ciudad de México, Lima, Santiago de Chile, Dubai.
