Peony and Poppy Wafer Paper

Techniques taught in class:
- How to construct a realistic looking flowers using edible wafer paper,
- How to make flower petals without cutters,
- Building flowers petals-by-petals, shaping them,
- Coloring flower petals with edible food coloring,
- We will cover Peony and Poppy flowers during this 1-day class.

About the Instructor
Intertwining her education background with her cake business, Zaidinil Khusna (Dina) of Faradys Cake, was previously a full-time engineer.
After her successful stint in the corporate world, Dina could not resist the calling of the cake world. Her passion in teaching and creative talent is beyond belief; making her a great artist, especially when curating cakes.
Today, Dina has become an important part of many cake decorators success story. Dina is currently teaching basic foundation classes in our Academy.
