As an American school graduate, Niken previously had a successful career in the Indonesian Telecommunications Industry. On a leap of faith, she decided to leave the corporate world and concentrate on her family, and taking on teaching; as it is one of her biggest passions. Mastering her extensive repertoire of Indonesian heritage cakes, Niken tweaks traditional cakes by adding a modern twist to it. Learning with Niken represents the chance to learn from the best of the best.

Niken is currently teaching how to bake Indonesian heritage cakes and other baked goods with us.

Intertwining her education background with her cake business, Dina was previously a full-time engineer. After her successful stint in the corporate world, Dina could not resist the calling of the cake world. Her passion in teaching and creative talent is beyond belief; making her a great artist, especially when curating cakes. Today, Dina has become an important part of many cake decorators success story.

Dina is currently teaching basic foundation classes in our Academy.

Jessicakery

As an accomplished ballerina, violinist and hotel school graduate, Jessica is a young and phenomenal cake decorator. Her cake designs describes her sweet personality. The buttercream cake is Jessica’s pièce de résistance. Previously, she has trained with numerous buttercream experts in the world and has transferred her knowledge to countless budding cake decorators. Besides her passionate drive, Jessica strives to follow the latest trends and continuously trains herself to be one of the best.

Jessica is currently teaching basic buttercream classes in our Academy.
